The logical model is an evaluation tool, which helps to visualize and understand how to reach the programme goal. The logical model includes a list of resources (human and technology) needed to implement the programme, programme activities and intended outcomes, and there is a relationship between the three.

Certain resources are needed to be able to operate the programme and when having access to them, the planned activities can be accomplished. If the activities are accomplished as planned, target groups and beneficiaries will benefit in some way.
